Data deletion

These instructions apply to Instapad and its Instagram app “Launchpad Creator Studio-IG.”

Remove your Instagram connection

1. Open Instapad Studio and sign in with the wallet linked to your Instagram connection.
2. Find your connected Instagram account and choose Disconnect.
3. You can also revoke Meta access in Instagram under Settings → App website permissions → Apps and websites.

Disconnecting in Instapad deletes the stored Instagram connection credentials, disables automatic posting for your tokens, and cancels pending posts that have not reached publication. A publication already in progress may finish. Instagram revocation may require completing the separate step in Instagram’s settings.

Request deletion of other Instapad data

Email support@instapad.fun and request data deletion. Identify the relevant Instagram username or public wallet address and which information you want removed. We may ask you to verify control of the connected wallet or account before processing a request.

Never send passwords, access tokens, wallet private keys, or seed phrases.

What disconnecting does not delete

Disconnecting does not automatically delete token launches, fee-credit records, generated videos, posting history, or posts already published on Instagram. Delete published Instagram content in Instagram itself. Public blockchain transactions cannot be erased by Instapad. Information retained by Higgsfield, Meta, or hosting providers is subject to their own controls and retention policies.
